These two reports give you the most detailed daily totals for your orders and guests. They're under Advanced on the Reports page of your Owner Dashboard.
Explore Orders
Each row is one day, with every money total for that day's paid orders. Use the dropdown above the chart to choose what it shows. It starts on Count.
Orders: Count and Average Order Value.
Sales: Gross (before discounts), Discounts, Net Sales (after discounts), Subtotal, and Adjustments.
Tax and tips: Tax, Tip, and Third Party Tip.
Fees you paid: columns that start with Partner, plus Delivery Paid by Location and Third Party Delivery Fee.
Fees your guests paid: columns that start with Customer, like Customer Delivery Fee.
Average Order Value here is Gross divided by Count, so it's worked out before discounts.
Explore Customers
A chart shows new, returning, and total guests over time. Each row in the table is one day:
New Customers: guests ordering from you for the first time.
Returning Customers: orders from guests who have ordered before.
Total Customers: new and returning added together.
ℹ️ Note: Returning Customers and Total Customers count orders, not people. A regular who orders three times in a day counts three times.
Change the dates or export
Both reports open on the last 30 days. Click the dates at the top to pick another range and to show rows by day, week, or month.
Click Export in the top right corner to download a report as a CSV.
