At the top of your Home tab in the Owner Dashboard or Owner app, you may see a banner of colored chips. Each chip flags a live issue so you can fix it without searching through settings, and the banner clears once every issue is resolved.
Common alerts
These are the alerts you'll see most often.
[N] items out of stock: that many items are marked unavailable. Select Adjust stock to make them available. This counts only menus that aren't linked to a POS.
Prep-time override is on / Kitchen is busy: a manual buffer is adding time to orders. It clears when the override expires.
Online ordering paused until [time]: new online orders are stopped until then. In the Owner app this shows as Orders paused until [time], in red.
Pickup is off / Delivery is off / Scheduled ordering is off / No menus active: that channel isn't accepting orders. Use the chip's action (for example, Turn on) to fix it.
ℹ️ Note: More chips appear as new operational switches are added.
Clear an alert
Each chip links to the screen where you can fix the issue.
Select the alert chip. You're taken to the screen where you can fix it, like Menu or Store.
Make the change. For example, mark the item available, turn pickup back on, or clear the prep-time override.
Return to Home. The chip disappears once the issue is resolved.
If an alert doesn't clear
If a chip stays after you've fixed the issue, try these:
Pull down to refresh Home.
Confirm you're on the correct location using the switcher at the top.
If it still doesn't match, contact Owner support.
