When a guest opens your website on a phone, they see a pop-up titled Get the best experience on our mobile app that encourages them to download your app. The pop-up is part of your website, not the app, and only shows on phones.

What happens when a guest taps it
The button says Open the your restaurant's name App. When a guest taps it:
If they already have your app installed, it opens the app.
If they don't, it takes them to the App Store or Google Play to download it, then brings them back to your website.
Good to know
The pop-up only appears when your app is available to download.
ℹ️ Note: You can't remove the pop-up from your mobile site.
