Your guests sign in to your website with their phone number, not a password. Signing in gives them their saved name, address, and past orders, and lets them earn and redeem loyalty points.
How guests sign in
On your website, the guest clicks Login.
They enter their cell phone number.
They type the code they get by text.
ℹ️ Note: Sign-in needs a cell phone that can receive texts. Landlines aren't supported.
Creating an account after an order
If a guest orders without signing in, the order confirmation shows how many points they can claim and texts them a six-digit code. Entering that code creates their account (or signs them into an existing one) and asks them to confirm their info.
