A one-time text lets you reach your guests with a time-sensitive offer. You build and schedule it on the Custom page (Marketing › Custom) in your Owner Dashboard.
Requirements
Approval to send SMS marketing. See Get approval to send SMS marketing.
Send your text
Create the text, write your message, then send it now or schedule it for later.
Create the text
Go to Marketing › Custom.
Click Create at the top right.
Select Text.
If you have more than one location, choose the location you want to send from.
Write your message
Choose Make it yourself.
Click Create.
Enter a subject.
Write your message.
Schedule your text
Click Schedule.
Pick the date and time you want it sent.
Click Schedule.
✅ Tip: To send right away instead, choose Now, then click Send Now.

See a campaign you've sent
Sent campaigns stay in Marketing › Custom. Click one to see its details, including who it went to and when it was scheduled.
