When an order comes in on your Owner tablet, it goes to either your future orders or the live kitchen queue. Tickets leave the Kitchen board at midnight, and past orders stay searchable on the Orders screen for 90 days.
The live kitchen queue
Your live queue is the Kitchen screen (the Kitchen item in the sidebar). Each ticket has Start, Complete, and Recall actions. Tapping Complete moves the ticket to the Completed tab.
When tickets leave the Kitchen board
The Kitchen board is organized by pickup time. It shows orders whose pickup time falls between the start of the current day (local midnight) and seven days out. A ticket drops off the board at midnight, not 24 hours after the order came in. Even if you never tap Complete, orders leave the board on their own.
ℹ️ Note: Nothing is deleted when a ticket leaves the Kitchen board. Completed and past orders stay on the Orders screen (formerly called Transactions), which keeps a searchable 90-day history.
