You pay your monthly Owner subscription with a card, a US bank account (ACH), or Google Pay. This is separate from the bank account where you receive your payouts.
When you're billed
Your subscription is billed monthly, in advance, on a fixed date.
Prepaid: you're charged your monthly fee at the start of each cycle, for the coming month.
Same date each month: your subscription renews automatically on the same calendar date, and that billing date can't be changed.
No lock-in: there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Add a payment method
You add payment methods on the Subscriptions page in your Owner Dashboard. You can add a card, a US bank account (ACH), or Google Pay.
Go to Settings › Billing › Subscriptions.
Under the Payment Method column, click the current method (it shows Select a value or the last four digits), or click +Add.
Choose Credit or debit card, US bank account (ACH), or Google Pay.
Enter the payment details and click Add Payment Method.
Note: For a US bank account (ACH), you'll log into your bank to link it. For Google Pay, add it on your own device so it links to your account.
Choose which method is charged
After you add a new method, select it in the Payment Method column so it's used for your next invoice.
You need at least one payment method on file at all times. When you select a new method, the old one stops being charged, so you don't need to remove it.
Paying by bank (ACH)
You can pay your subscription straight from your US bank account (checking or savings) instead of a card. This is called ACH, a direct payment from your bank.
A few things to know:
Timing: ACH payments take about four business days to clear. They aren't instant like a card.
Verifying your bank: you log into your bank during setup to link it instantly. If your bank can't be verified this way, use a different bank account or a card.
If a payment fails: common reasons are a closed account, no account found, not enough funds, or the debit wasn't authorized. Add a different bank account or pay by card.
