Change how many reward points a guest needs to redeem a menu item for free. This is the item's Points to Redeem value in your loyalty program.
In the Owner Dashboard
Click Menu in the left-hand navigation.
Click the Items tab at the top of the page.
Click the item you want to update.
Scroll down to the Points to Redeem section and select the point value you want to assign.
If you don't want the item redeemable with points, choose Not Redeemable.
Click Save Item at the top of the page.
ℹ️ Note: Changes take effect immediately for future orders. New items are assigned a recommended point value automatically.
Guests earn 10 points per $1 spent, so an item set to 1,000 points is worth $100 in spend. If that item normally costs $10, redeeming it works out to about a 10% discount.
