With a SkyTab integration, SkyTab holds your menu and Owner reads it from there. So every change to an item, a price or a description happens in SkyTab, then you republish so it reaches your online ordering.
Make the change, then republish
Make your change in SkyTab as you normally would, in the Schedule the item sits on.
From the left panel, go to Apps Marketplace, then Menu Manager.
Republish your menu.
Give it a few minutes, then check your live site.
⚠️ Your menu syncs on its own every 6 hours, so a change you make will reach your site eventually without you doing anything. Republishing pushes it straight away, which is what you want for a price change or a sold out item. If something you edited still isn't showing, republishing is almost always the missing step.
Working with Schedules
A Schedule is what SkyTab calls a menu, and SkyTab can have multiple Schedules.
You can ask us to hide certain categories, such as alcohol, and catering menus are supported. Share what you need with your Owner contact and they'll set it up, rather than publishing a new Schedule yourself.
Edit an existing Schedule rather than building a new one for a change to something already on your menu. A new Schedule is for a genuinely separate menu, like catering.
If a change still isn't showing
Check you edited the Schedule the item is actually on, not a different one.
Check you republished in Menu Manager after making the change.
If both are done and it's still missing, contact your Owner contact with the item name and they'll look into it.
