How do I check how many loyalty points a guest has?

Your guests can redeem their loyalty points for free items, online or in store. Online, they need to be signed in to their account first.

How do guests redeem their loyalty points?

If a guest paid for their whole order entirely with reward points, you can refund it by voiding the order from your Owner Dashboard.
