You can check a guest's points anytime from the Owner Dashboard. Guests can also check their own balance from your website.
From the Owner Dashboard
1. Go to your Owner Dashboard.
2. Click Customers on the left sidebar.
3. Search for the guest.
4. Find their point total under the Points column.
From the Restaurant Website (Guest)
1. Go to your restaurant's website.
2. Click Order Online in the top-right corner.
3. Click Sign In in the top-right corner.
4. Sign into the account.
5. Click the button showing your name in the top-right corner.
6. Click Rewards.
You'll see current points and which menu items you can redeem them for.
