Edit the points needed to redeem an item
Use this to change how many points a guest needs to redeem a specific item. Values range from 250 to 10,000 points.
1. Log in to your Owner Dashboard and click Menu in the left navigation.
2. Click Items.
3. Open the item you want to edit.
4. Scroll to Points to Redeem and select a new value from the dropdown.
5. Click Save Item.
Disable point redemption for an item
Use this when you don't want guests to be able to redeem points on a specific item.
1. Log in to your Owner Dashboard and click Menu in the left navigation.
2. Click Items.
3. Open the item you want to update.
4. Scroll to Points to Redeem and select Not Redeemable from the dropdown.
5. Click Save Item.
ℹ️ Items priced above $30.00 are marked Not Redeemable by default. You don't need to disable redemption on those manually.
