How do I connect DoorDash or Uber Eats to my Owner Dashboard?

Connect DoorDash and Uber Eats from the Marketplaces tab of your Owner Dashboard. Once connected, your menu syncs to the marketplace and those orders come into Owner.

⚠️ You'll need a DoorDash or Uber Eats account to complete this setup. If you don't have one yet, you can create it during the connection step below.

1. From your Owner Dashboard, click Settings.

2. Select the Marketplaces tab.

3. Click Connect next to DoorDash or Uber Eats.

This opens the marketplace's login page in a new tab. If you don't have an account, select the sign-up option on that page to create one.

ℹ️ After logging in, you will be automatically returned to your Owner Dashboard.

4. Review Menu Settings and adjust Price Defaults.

✅ We recommend increasing your prices by 15-20% to cover marketplace fees. The default is set to 20% with rounding applied. You can adjust this for each location.

5. Find the location you want to connect and choose a store from the dropdown.

Each Owner location can connect to one marketplace store. Once you map a store, it won't appear as an option for other locations.

⚠️ Connecting Uber Eats? If this location's Uber Eats store is managed through another POS or aggregator today, activating your Owner integration replaces that connection.

6. Select the menu you want to sync.

ℹ️ Right now you can only sync one menu. We recommend syncing your online ordering menu.

7. Adjust the price increase for this location if needed, then click Save.

Repeat this step for any additional locations you want to connect.

8. Once you have set up all your locations, click Save to continue.

9. After saving, you will land on the onboarding status page.

ℹ️ Your menu will be reviewed against their requirements. This happens in the background and may take some time. You can refresh this page to check your status.

What Happens Next?

If your menu is approved, your integration will be activated immediately.

If your menu is blocked, you will receive an email with details on what needs to be fixed. After making changes in your Owner Dashboard, go back to Settings > Marketplaces and use the Re-sync button for that location to resubmit your menu.
