1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left to open the left navigation.
2. Tap Orders.
3. Scroll the order list to browse recent orders. New orders appear at the top.
Search for an order
1. Tap the search icon at the top of the order list.
2. Type a phone number or guest name.
ℹ️ Results update as you type. Tap the X to clear your search and return to the full list.
3. Tap the order you want to open.
Filter for scheduled orders
1. Tap Scheduled at the top of the order list.
ℹ️ The Scheduled filter only appears when you have upcoming scheduled orders.
2. Tap All to return to the full list.
Read order details
Tap any order in the list to see its details on the right side of the screen. The detail panel shows:
Order status (Not started, In progress, Complete, Cancelled, Voided, or Refunded)
Order items and quantities
Price breakdown (subtotal, tax, fees, tips, total)
Guest name, phone, and email (when provided)
Payment method
Order channel (Owner website, phone, in-store, DoorDash, UberEats)
Delivery address and instructions (for delivery orders)
Order ID and timestamps
ℹ️ Tags at the top of the detail panel flag orders that are Unpaid, Catering, or Large.
