ℹ️ Guests see a tip prompt on the customer-facing tablet automatically, but staff can also add one manually.
Add a tip
1. Build the order and tap the green Checkout button.
2. On the payment screen, tap Actions.
3. Tap Add tip.
4. Choose a preset percentage or tap Custom to enter a dollar amount.
5. Tap Done. The tip appears in the order total.
Edit a tip
1. On the payment screen, tap Actions.
2. Tap Edit tip.
3. Update the amount and tap Done.
ℹ️ The default in-store tip options are 18%, 20%, and 22%. These can be customized per location.
