How do I add extra time for delivery orders on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Add extra prep time to delivery orders so guests see realistic ETAs, from Settings > Delivery.

1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of your device.

2. Tap Settings, then tap Delivery.

3. Find Additional time for delivery.

4. Pick how many extra minutes you want to add from the dropdown, or tap Enter Amount for a custom value.

ℹ️ This extra time applies to every delivery order on top of your normal prep time. The ETA shown to guests includes this buffer.
