Set your default prep time
This is the time it takes your kitchen to prepare a typical order. Guests see this when placing an order.
1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of your device.
2. Tap Settings, then tap Prep time.
3. Tap Prep time duration and enter the number of minutes (0–120).
Add extra time for large orders
Set a size that counts as a "large" order, then add extra prep time when an order is that big.
1. Tap Large order threshold and enter the number.
2. Tap the unit button to choose items (1–100) or $ (1–1000).
3. Tap Large order extra time and enter the extra minutes (0–120).
ℹ️ When an order is at or above your threshold, the extra time is added to your default prep time. For example, with a 14-minute default and 10 extra minutes for large orders, a large order shows a 24-minute prep time.
