How do I turn on manual review for catering orders on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Turn on a setting that requires your staff to accept catering orders before they're confirmed, from Settings > Catering.

Turn on manual review

1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of your device.

2. Tap Settings, then tap Catering.

3. Toggle Review before accepting on.

ℹ️ When on, catering orders come in as requests and need to be accepted within 1 hour. Requests not accepted in that time auto-decline. For how to actually accept or decline a request, see How do I accept or decline a catering request on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?
