How does Order Again work on your website?

Order Again lives on the menu page of your Owner website. It shows guests who are signed in and have ordered before items from their recent orders, so they can add a favorite to a new order in one step.

What guests see

Here's what a signed-in guest sees on your website.

  • Up to four items from their recent orders, at the top of the menu page.

  • Only items still on your active menu. If you remove an item, it won't show in Order Again.

  • Their full order history under Profile › Orders.

Reorder an item

Use these steps to see Order Again the way your guests do.

  1. Open your website and sign in to a guest account that has placed an order.

  2. Go to the menu page.

  3. In the Order Again section, click Add this item.

The item goes into the cart. The guest can change it or check out as usual.

ℹ️ Note: Depending on your restaurant's settings, the guest's last options and special instructions may be filled in too. If they aren't, the guest picks them again before checkout.

Why a guest doesn't see Order Again

Check these first if a guest says Order Again is missing.

  • They aren't signed in, or they're checking out as a guest.

  • They haven't placed an order with this account yet.

  • The items they ordered before are no longer on your active menu.

Order Again isn't the cart

Guests sometimes mix up the Order Again window with their cart.

The Order Again window suggests past items. It doesn't show what's in the cart. Guests can close it and keep browsing the menu. In the app, after they add an item, they'll see the cart button instead of the Order Again button.
