Busy Mode adds extra prep time to all incoming orders and notifies guests of the delay by SMS.
On the Owner Tablet
1. Tap Kitchen status.
2. Tap Busy.
3. Add extra time in 5-minute increments.
4. Tap Update Status.
Busy Mode turns off automatically after 60 minutes.
On the Owner App
1. Open the Owner App and tap the Store tab.
2. Tap Normal prep time.
3. Toggle on Busy Mode.
4. Set your Busy Mode preferences.
Adjust the extra prep time needed.
Choose when Busy Mode should end.
5. Tap Set busy status.
A countdown timer on the Store screen shows when Busy Mode will end.
