How do I turn on delivery for my restaurant?

Turn on delivery in Settings and make sure at least one delivery zone is enabled.

Turn on delivery from the Owner Dashboard

  1. Go to Settings, then click Orders and delivery.

  2. Click Delivery.

  3. Toggle Provide delivery at this location on.

  4. Check your delivery zones below the toggle. Make sure at least one is set to Enabled.​

  5. Click Save.

⚠️ Delivery won't work if all your zones are off. Even with the main toggle on, guests can't order delivery unless at least one zone is enabled.

Turn on delivery from the Owner mobile app

  1. Open your Owner app and tap Settings.

  2. Tap Orders and delivery.

  3. Tap the Delivery switch to turn it on.

ℹ️ The mobile app only has the on and off switch. To add or edit delivery zones, use the Owner Dashboard on the web.
