Accept a catering request
1. Open the Orders screen and tap the catering request. It shows a Requested status in red with a countdown timer.
2. Tap the Accept button in the order header.
3. Tap Accept to confirm.
The order moves to your active orders and the guest gets a confirmation notification.
Decline a catering request
1. Open the Orders screen and tap the catering request.
2. Tap the dropdown arrow next to the Accept button.
3. Tap Decline.
4. Tap Decline to confirm.
The guest gets a notification that their request was declined.
⚠️ If you don't respond before the countdown ends, the request expires automatically.
