When an order is ready before its estimated time, what you do depends on whether it's a pickup or a delivery order.

When a pickup order is ready, update its status on your Owner tablet so it moves along in your kitchen flow.

For third-party delivery through DoorDash or Uber Eats, the delivery provider sends the driver based on the order's scheduled pickup time. Having an order ready early won't necessarily make the driver arrive sooner.
