When you refund an order, Owner processes the refund right away. It usually appears on the guest's statement within one to three business days, or up to five depending on their bank.
What to know
The money is released right away on Owner's end. The rest of the time is the card network and the guest's bank posting it back, which Owner can't control.
When you issue a refund, the processing fees for that transaction are refunded proportionally, so you're not charged fees on money you refunded.
